Policies

• Reservations are required in advance and can be made by phone or emailing info@summitmeadow.com and mailing in a 50% deposit. The balance of the rental fee is due upon arrival. This will be a nonrefundable deposit unless a written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the time period reserved.
• There will be no refunds due to acts of God, nature or weather-related situations and/or mechanical or electrical failure. We do not accept credit cards.
• Two night minimum reservation.
• Generally, we make reservations no more than a year in advance, after we give the customers who have rented the same date(s) the prior year the first option. Many of our customers make their visit an annual event.
•Check in time is 4:00 PM; check out time is 1:00 PM unless special arrangements are made.
• Each cabin is furnished with basic kitchenware such as pots, pans, glasses, plates, can openers, popcorn poppers, toaster, drip coffee pot (with coffee), microwave, paper products, and dish soap. Bedding, pillows, and towels are also provided.
• The cabins should be left in the same condition in which they were found (dishes washed, etc.).
• Smoking is prohibited in Summit Meadow Cabins.
• Well behaved pets are welcome
